Just Beating The Heat

Last week was hot. Like, record highs hot. Actually, I'm not really sure about the validity of that last phrase because I haven't actually researched it, but it was hot. To beat the heat, we spent as little time in our second floor apartment as possible.

 Instead we had ice cream for dinner. Don't you love how baby cones are so not baby size.

 We played outside, because believe it or not , It was actually cooler outside pushing 100 degrees than it was in our apartment.

We took pictures in the corn.

And we spent evenings at the lake.
