Portabella Mushrooms

A couple Mondays ago, my friend Kate came over for dinner and we made portabella mushroom sandwiches. I had never had a portabella mushroom, but I was really curious to try one.

Oh. My. God.

It was absolutely amazing. Portabella soaked in balsamic vinegar and grilled. Set on a multigrain roll with a garlic and herb goat cheese. Fresh spinach. Tomato. Red Onion.


Heaven.

I'll definitely be making these again soon. And maybe I'll take a picture this time!
