Sweet and Salty

This is my new favorite meal. I love things that are a little bit sweet and a little bit salty. Just like me. I have eaten this 3 times in the past week because it is sooo delicious!

It's also so easy to make. The chicken is the hardest part and that's only because it requires you to turn a burner on.
Cut up chicken pieces and put them in a frying pan with a little oil.
Sprinkle, no Douse seasoning all over the chicken. I use lots of Italian Seasonings, Basil, Oregano, etc. You really can never have too much.
Grill the chicken pieces with the seasoning

Grab a plate
Toss some lettuce on there
Add some dried cranberries and almond slivers

this next part is very important...

Cover the salad with bleu cheese crumbles.
I don't care if you think these are too pugnent for you. They are crucial to this salad. Without them, you would have a sweet salad, not sweet and salty.

Top with the chicken and raspberry vinigarette dressing.

Serve with a delicious, local, handcrafted beer. That's a very important part too.

If you're like us and you don't have room for a table in your tiny apartment. Eat on a tv tray. It will still taste just as good. In fact, it will taste so good that you will temporarily forget that you have lived in this tiny apartment for 6 months and have yet to do anything about the ugly old lady curtains hanging from the windows. And if you're Martin, forgo the delicious handcrafted beer for a Genesse, because you don't know what good taste really is.
